The Neo G Open Knee Support offers dynamic support and adjustable compression to the knee complex without restricting movement. The open patella design with stitched buttress helps with patellar tracking whilst providing added support and helping with overall stability by eliminating glide and twisting at the knee. Weight bearing pressure during movement is more evenly distributed over the joint helping with arthritic and meniscus pain. The durable, heat therapeutic neoprene helps with arthritic knees, chronic aches and stiffness. One size design fits either the Left or Right knee. Wore this for a 26.2 mile charity hike as I had been having issues with knee pain, I think it helped but I did find it kept falling down a bit (not below the knee though)! I measured properly but think it’s maybe not as tight as it should have been. Amazing customer service received afterwards, would definitely recommend to purchase with confidence that any issues will be addressed by the supplier.

Very comfortable, even after several hours of sitting and walking. I have tried other types of knee support for knee arthritis and these are the best so far. The others were the exposed knee with a silicone knee cut-out. I found the rear velcro strap was uncomfortable and gave me more pain than not using a support at all. These are comfortable, warming and easy to put on and wear.
At last a product made for those with larger thighs. This really comfortable and does not roll down or bunch behind the knee, with plenty of support.Definitely a firm favourite.
These are brilliant!!!! My husband has sworn by Rymora knee supports for years, so when one of my knees was aching he suggested I tried wearing a knee support. Started off, I tried his and they were wonderful. I've bought a pair for myself and really appreciate the support and can feel the change and lowered pain in my knee. Excellent quality, really effective and I'm feeling the difference after just a couple of wears.Also - GREAT customer service. I got the measurements wrong - and customer service couldn't have been more helpful. I feel confident in buying from Rymora - and I also feel confident in recommending them to others - which says a LOT!!!
