Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stay Busy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at staybusy.corp@gmail.comwith your order number and photos of the package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
