Overview
At Stay Busy, we want you to love what you ordered!
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Custom or personalised items

Digital downloads

Intimate or sanitary products

To start a return, please contact us at staybusy.corp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Store Credit
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your returned item (excluding shipping costs).
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card or discount code, which you can use toward your next purchase at staybusy.store
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your store credit, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour?
We recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order for the item you’d like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at staybusy.corp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
